Technical training for Nordic walking with Petra
Learn from Petra how to perfect your Nordic walking technique. She will give you valuable tips to increase your endurance and efficiency. The training is suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or advanced, you will benefit from this session!
Swiss Snow Walk & Run on January 11
On January 11, the exciting Swiss Snow Walk & Run event will take place! Together with Petra, you will prepare for it and train the best techniques to be successful during the run in the fantastic winter landscape. Join us and experience the motivation and fun of running in the snow!
Everyone is responsible for their own participation in the Swiss Snow Walk & Run and must register separately. Participation fees are not covered.

Yoga with Roberta
Roberta has been a yoga enthusiast since 2005 and finds her balance to intensive running in yoga. She is an alignment expert and teaches powerful but also gentle yoga. To bring body and mind into harmony, Roberta will offer yoga sessions during the activity week. These classes are ideal for relaxing after training or promoting flexibility, for example. Whether you are an experienced yogini or a beginner, Roberta is looking forward to seeing you!
